Honda Amaze : The compact sedan segment witnessed a significant evolution as Honda prepares to launch its third-generation Amaze on December 4, 2024. This strategic update brings premium features and enhanced performance while maintaining competitive pricing in the sub-4-meter sedan segment.

Amaze Design and Aesthetics

The 2024 Amaze showcases a bold evolution with striking new elements inspired by the Honda Accord. The exterior features sleek LED headlamps with angular edges and distinctive DRLs that merge into a new hexagonal grille. The front fascia includes a wide chrome bar stretching end-to-end, while the bumper sports larger air dam recesses. The rear receives new LED taillights similar to the City but with vertical slats, complemented by a redesigned bumper with parking sensors.

Amaze Engine and Performance

At the heart of the Amaze lies a refined 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine that produces 88.50 bhp at 6000 rpm and 110 Nm of torque at 4800 rpm. This powerplant comes paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT automatic with paddle shifters. The FWD architecture ensures confident handling and excellent stability.

Honda has equipped the new Amaze with segment-leading features including an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system borrowed from the Elevate.
